In Homage to Catalonia, a seminal anarchist piece of literature, George Orwell wrote about his involvement in the P.O.U.M - Partido Obrero de Unificación Marxista - during the Spanish Civil War. It was a complicated affair. The book is entertaining as all get out, even if the acronyms get a bit crazy. Check out this soccer t-shirt I just found.
